Maybe you should specify GOOD SHOWS aren't had to crank out.
Not calling yours one of the other, but I know from experience the difficulties that are involved in designing a music program for highly competitive marching band.
You are ok with 3 trumpet parts, though you mislabeled them.
Also, one horn part is sufficient, as you can go into divisi when you need to.
I think you should try something other than 2 baritones, maybe 1 tbone and 1 baritone, going into divisi when needed.
Synth notation should probably be grand staff.
This is how I notate my marching band shows.
Watch your scoring for low brass, especially at the 4/4 Moderato.
The tbone 2 and baritones are scored really low and it will sound muddy. My humbe suggestion:
Tbone1: C
Tbone2: A
Baritone: F
You obviously want power at the end. This will help you achieve it.
