  1. Thanks for the comments! Unfortunately, midi is all I have for now. I'd be interested in finding something that lets me go more advanced though. Any suggestions?
  2. Hiya! I toy around with video game music, for the most part RPG music inspired by the likes of earlier Final Fantasy games, and nothing more complex than midis. Looking at some of the threads here, this isn't nearly as impressive as some of the more sophisticated works, but I thought posting here for feedback would be a good idea anyway. ^^ It's a pretty simple composition, I guess. I also toy around a bit with making an RPG, which is mostly an excuse to write plots and make random midis. This would, should I ever actually get that far, likely be the final boss theme. Any thoughts to share with me? One comment I've gotten elsewhere is that it lacks urgency. This is intentional. The final battle is supposed to make the player, while still focused on defeating the villain, pity him a little. A bit of a "wait, am I really doing the right thing?" The first of the fight's two parts involves killing the one person the villain cares the most about, and part of what I want to convey with this piece is his emotions and feelings towards the player's party. A usually calm and collected character's world falling apart as he, after spending the whole game letting others do the dirty work, snaps and practically unleashes hell in desperation. (...I also just noticed the "b" in the title went missing, if anyone with the ability feels like fixing that, go right ahead.) P1 All That Is Left.mid
