thanxs chopin! I fooled around with the name of the file and got it to work! the rest is no problem, i understand how to format text and such with the wiki, i just needed some help with getting the picture up... i'll try to finish my page later tonight if i get some time! thanxs again.. Ben

thanxs for the info mike! I figured that we couldn't upload mp3's but just wanted to make sure. I'm not sure if i have created a wiki acount or not... i created a log in name called "CitizenOfPlanetEarth" to login to the site when i visit....do i need to make a different acount upload files/pictures?... i just went to visit the YC archive and created another acount useing my name, is that what you mean by a wiki acount?... after i was in the archive section i went to the profile page i've been making and tried again to upload a picture with no success... a message popped up that read "cannot copy from ... to ....." the size of the picture is 23 kb and is in jpeg format, is that too big or not the right format?... any help would be appretiated thanx.... hi Chopin, my name is Ben Mckay i just started a profile today but i'm having a few difficulties... i can't upload my picture for some reason maybe i'm just not doing it right, i've tried a few times and made sure i was logged in but i keep getting error messages... any ideas? also i'm wondering if we are allowed to put links to our personal webites in our signatures? i saw this in the post above so i'm guessing it is allowed.. also are we able to upload our mp3s to the YC site for the forum or for our profile pages? thanxs!
