Sibelius w/ vista freeze up???

I have recently got Sibelius 4 and put it on my laptop which has windows Vista Home Premium and I followed the speical directions for downloading Sibelius for W. Vista. So far everthing seems to work fine except for when I go to close out of Sibelius it freezes up. I just like to know if anyone else has experianced this problem and if there is a way to prevent that???

As long as I save my scores and projects before closing I haven't had any problems except onces luckly I was far along even though I saved it I lost the whole thing. Just don't want it to happen again so any advice is very appreciated?!!!

didnt the sibelius site have instructions for that or is that where you got the special instructions?

If you bought sib. 4 recently, dont they give u an option to upgrade for free?

yes I did follow the directions on the sibelius web site.

I didn't get Sib 5 because it wasn't out yet, I would have waited if I had known a new one was about to come out but saw nothing about it.

Wait what is this about being able to download Sib 5 for free I when on the site and I know they have the demo but nothing about up-grading for free??!!
