Well this is what I have to show for a year of taking composition lessons and discovering "classical" music (non-pop-or-rock-music). It was comforting to have set guidelines laid out for the structure (sonata form) so I didn't have to contrive that at least. Anyway, tell me what you think!

I thought that was pretty convincing as a sonata movement.

I got to like the first theme and its appearance in the minor was a nice way to develop it.

However, you included the exposition repeat yet you seemed to have greatly truncated the recapitulation. Only that aspect made it seem a bit unbalanced in proportion to me.

Ok well thank you for your input. I'm not sure when I'll be making the other movements but probably not that soon.
