Requiem

Featured Replies

If I were to write a requiem a part of it would probably sound like this:

Requiem-Sounding

I was bored today.. this is something I did.

Nice sounding. Quite harmonically similar to the opening movement of Mozart's requiem. Perhaps a score is in order?

You should keep going. ;)

I'm writing one as well, but this one does remind me slightly of Mozart's requiem in D.

I liked it, sent [good] shivers down my back.

I cant quite get my to work, though the choristers like the first 10 bars.

It would be nice to see some lyrics.

I like it, but questionably, I wouldn't continue with a D note as you did as your last note, or else it sounds really repetative. I was thinking A, but there are plenty of others to think about.

I just brought this up because I think you should continue this.
