Electronic Drums

The reason that those drums sound the way they do is that they've taken the drum samples and processed them. In the case of the higher-pitched drums (not the low-bass kick drums), which I assume are the ones you're interested in, it sounds to me like they've done a high-pass filter on the drums, added lots of chorus and reverb, and done some stereo effects. To do that sort of thing, you'd need a sequencer: Cubase, Logic Pro, etc. Alternatively, you could use someone else's drums. One possibility to try would be Freesound:

They have quite a selection of copyleft drum samples there, both loops and individual hits. You'll have to wade through a lot of stuff to find what you want, though.

I'm not sure if you already have the Stylus (which would also be a choice, as it's a great "library"), but other than that the main thing is to get a loop, or create your own (I have DFH Superior for example) and a few plug-ins. Huge compression, high pass, or other things as well, as nhomas proposed.
