At the risk of seeming a creepy crawler, I agree with Nico.

accept that in this short piece you allready captured a baroque atmosphere.

there is something off a theme inside but it is not firmly defined. and if it was it would proof to weak to sustain throughout the piece. PLEASE do not give up! start again, and loose the scales.
