EWQLSO Gold Edition crashing on startup

Hi,

I have been struggling to get EWQLSO Gold Edition to work for me for several weeks now. I noticed that I did not meet the minimum RAM requirements for the program, so I installed 2 GB or RAM and I am now at the recommended amount. However, it seems as though this was not the only problem. Whenever I try to run EWQLSO Gold Edition it goes straight to a blue screen. The first time I ran it the blue screen displayed, IRQ_COMPLETE_REQUEST. The second time a ran it, it displayed IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I have already updated my sound driver and I meet all minimum requirements. I have sent out a tech support ticket on the EastWest forums but they are not responding. Please help me determine what the problem is so I can decide what action to take next.
