Hey guys. I just started trying out improv, and was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to do it. Do you just sit down, with no idea what you're doing, or do you have a theme in mind before you start?

Here's something I just recorded, which turned out better than I expected-- but still, I'm having some coordination problems, especially in quick, upbeat stuff (not in this recording). Any advice on how to improve? :)
