August 30, 200817 yr Does anyone know of any competitions into which a young composer can enter their piano pieces? The only one I've found is the BBC Young Composers, which doesn't allow pieces of more than 5 minutes, which I find really restricting. I wondered if anyone else might know of anything more. September 21, 200817 yr You can enter the Mcdonald's Performing Arts Challenge...Composition/Original Works Section. It's quite challenging
