mad/sad/fast song

Featured Replies

Hay all. I wrote this while I was mad at my sister for not getting me a birthday present. Does this show the emotion?

1. Techniques used

More modern style mixed with a little (I mean tiny) Mozart. (meaning the four small trills and the form of the C section). It tends to more of a sad piece, but it is fast paced. It is in the meaning of a fuge, but does not follow any of the rules.

2. How long it took to compose the piece

I took me one day. (usually that really means three-four hours of composing, and 45 minutes of tweaking)

3. Structure of your piece

It is an ABABCA song. Meaning the A is the transition in all parts and is melody. B is a 'verse', so is C. A also has a tag at the end.

4. Obstacles when composing

None, I was mad... I don't usually have trouble when I am focused on writing.

5. Summary of overall piece

Just listen to it. lol!

It's def fun.. I love the crashing.. If Bart Simpson was a composer... It def sounds like it has something to do with brother sister fighting... And I really like that part of it...

Thank you.

Maybe he was in a hurry. Or it may be a slang term.

def is both net slang.. and um.. sorta like hip hop slang.... you know, like "most def" as in Most Def Comedy Jam..

He's def that lazy... ;)

This piece reminds me of the other one you posted... The one you had written in science class.

"def" is not a word. Are you that lazy that you can't even spell out definately?

''Definately'' is not a word either. ;)
