Mallet Melodic

Ok. I wrote the first eight measures of this piece in a few minutes before my band started rehearsal. It started off as a solo, but some of my friends heard me playing it so I just varied the order of our chords and made it into a trio. It's a semi tonal piece, which is new for me. Normally, I stay towards solos and atonal pieces.

I hope that this piece is well written and I am looking forward to any critique that I'm given. I shall take it in strive being still fairly new at composition.

What exactly did you like? What did you not like?

How come it has piano audio? Can you upload a midi with mallets audio, because I know from experience that there is a totally different sound from piano to mallets.

There is a difference from piano to mallets I clearly understand as a mallet percussionist...however, I no longer have access to a program and am unable to record it using actual mallet instruments because school has been let out for the summer...
