Does anyone here use CompositionToday.com? It seems to have a lot of opportunities and stuff if you join it, but it costs money.

It's like 20 dollars a year in British money...

    I use it to announce concerts that are usually in France as I live here. There are instrumental forums in French but composition is less well served.
