What you have is good; very good. Elegant and simple. But it's not a true minuet, at least not in the exact term. You need a second section; a refrain if you will. Your piece is obviously in baroque style, so you should definitely go look at any Bach minuets you own; you'll notice quickly that they all follow a similar form. Emulate this form in your composition and go from there.
