March 12, 200917 yr looks alright at a quick glance not sure about those stocatto minums tohugh, perhaps they would be better notated as stocatto crotchets followed by a crotchet rest?

March 17, 200917 yr Hey, very nice music, but are you sure its a fugato? well, the definition of "fugato" :(a passage in fugal style within another work that is not a fugue). If you want to write a fughetta ( a small fugue ) you must pick a subject and play it in all the voices. First voice tonic, scond voice enters in the dominant key. If you want to write fugues and counterpoint stuff i made a little version of your fugato, i used the first 2 violin bars as subject.I did this in like 10 minutes so its not good music, but mabye you can use some of it and correct it there is a error there regarding the subject : mabye you can find it Midi: [ATTACH]16384[/ATTACH] PDF: [ATTACH]16385[/ATTACH] Ps im not a fugal expert but i hope this will be some help to you :)
March 17, 200917 yr belongs in "incomplete works". now, as far as the music goes, are you trying to write music following baroque counterpoint rules? if so, there are a number of issues with parallel and direct 5ths and octaves.
