Argumentum ad populum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Here. Just thought I'd throw this in here. A certain someone might do well to read it. Basing arguments over this = fail.

Anyway, I'm going to vote 20th century... though, it's not by a large margin.

EDIT: I really can't say it's surprising that Romantic music is in the lead either.

Contemporary is my favourite, but out of everything that isn't contemporary, i'd ahve to say baroque is my fav.

I like Renaissance a lot. :)

I voted for contemporary, which I assume means in this poll "the era we're living in now." Eras are not clean cut, so while I do like a lot of romantic/baroque/20th century modernist/bla bla bla music, it seems to me that picking one means nothing as I rather pick composers or individual trends (IE, I hate hueg 19th century orchestra scraggy (Wagner, Mahler,) but I LOVE 19th century lieder and character pieces.)

So yea, I like living in 2009.
