Priol, priol!!

Priol is a bird - statement end;

/Enjoy

thx;

Wow, this is great! Extremely colorful and the rhythmic invention was a treat! Nice sound samples too. I can't think of anything to say constructive other then expand it! You're ideas are wonderful, I'd love to hear this a bit longer!

Got a score? I'd love to learn it.

Thanks - sorry, but at this time I don

In Priol there is some inbalance between dynamics between the left and right hands. The left hand is way too overbalancing, although this would just be a recording issue. Otherwise, excellent.

Black Elegance was nice. One major comment would be at perhaps 1:00 I believe the chord didn't fit, it was a diminished I think.

It also sounds very similar to your other one rhythmic wise. I notice this is a stylistic feature, although I suggest in your next piece you change the articulation/strong beats and a few of the rhythmic features to contrast your previous compositions. Because the main point of both your songs is the rhythmic interest, and when both the rhythms are very similar, the interest is lost.

Other than that, I love both piece. Keep it up.

I'm very impressed. Very cool and very enjoyable. Your rhythms are interesting, and there's a very strong grasp on the harmony, and that's rather impressive. The whole thing is more impressive to me, as none of my music is along this line of style, and honestly, I'm not sure how I would categorise this even if I could. It's almost like a poppy bop style, but it's pretty unique and I enjoyed it, especially the last chord in Black Elegance! Aaron's comment is a bit true, although I think both are different enough that anyone going through a catalogue of your music would be able to note the similarities, but wouldn't be too thrown off by them, although you may want to try (like I should) to go a different route, stylistically, in your next piece or two. Although, maybe you have. I haven't heard any of your other stuff, so I apologise if my comments are misdirected.

Either way, good pieces, I enjoyed them, thank you! :)

These pieces both sound great.

I like the way Priol develops and introduces new ideas. At about 43 seconds it reminded me some of Michael Hedges. It's very lively and fluttery.

The jazzy, gritty, salsa sound of Black Elegance, if that's anything close to describing it, has an interesting use of color with the different rhythms, and it makes for great texture. I like the way that things get flipped around after it's about halfway through. I'd love to be able to play something like this. =p

It feels good to see that people enjoy these works!

I decided to write the score for both pieces as soon as I'm finished with the score I'm currently working at, although this might take some time since it's the first score I create.

Cool, sounds like eclectic, but really interesting! Congratulation!
