Another Sibelius thing that bugs me

So the last few times Sibelius annoyed me it was because of my own stupidity, but this time it's different. I think.

When spacing staves, there is a point where Sibelius will automatically divide the staves over the entire page. Often, this is quite handy, but sometimes it isn't. I wrote a piece (a lead sheat) with just enough staves to fit on one page. under the bottom staff I wrote some text, which was cut off by the printer. But Sibelius won't allow me to just move the bottom few staves up a little bit, because it's in "page filler-upper mode", and instead of the staff moving up when I drag it up, the staff above it moves down (ugh). The only way to get it out of "page filler-upper mode" is to drag the staff so far up it suddenly jumps to about halfway the page, and because I have so many staves, it becomes a complete mess.

I realize there's a very easy way to fix this: make a page break and write it on two pages. But I'm kind of anal about wasting paper. I'm still using Sibelius 4, and I was wondering if the new magnetic thingie function on Sibelius 6 maybe solved this problem. Or if maybe there's another solution.

Thomas, you can select the bottom system on the page, hold Shift, and drag it upwards (or use Ctrl+Shift+Alt+up arrow), which will make extra space at the bottom of the page without forcing you to use a different page justification factor.
