left hand patterns for piano

I am looking for some left hand patterns for piano romances or ballads and waltzes(generally accompanying short solo piano pieces)

please help me or give me a link that explains about this topic.

Do you mean like;

Pattern 1: apreggio of chord - root, fifth, third, fifth.

Pattern 2: Root note and then inverted chord followed by another...

If yes, just look at some sheet music you have of a favourite ballade or waltz (since you are specific in form) try to play what's there, see what they did and even try to expand.
