Odenkraft's Game Soundtrack: Lord of Fire [2006]

Hello! Recently I finished my new music project

Overall, I was impressed - even if alot of it was very similar. ^_^

Can I just ask - did you use Reason to make this? I use the program myself, and the samples sounded very alike.

Yes! ppl say it's easy to hear Reason made songs.... guess it's true then

Good old Reason.... I love that program . if only it could support VST plug-ins...

By the way, what do you mean "even if alot of it was very similar"?

Maybe there is something I can improve - just give it to me

It's the style, it's all very technoish (except the Desert Palace one). It's suitably different, really - on a second listening, there's actually a fair bit of variety. Maybe you could look into some different samples for future tracks, though - if you didn't already, the DigiBass one is superb.

Yea, you

DigiBass is a Reason patch (under Bass -> Synth Bass) - and it's awesome to work with (it just sounds really nice).

Well, just wanted to update my thread with two new songs for my soundtrack: 'Harbour' and 'Prelude'. Enjoy! ;)

Lord of Fire - Prelude NEW!

Lord of Fire - Prelude

Lord of Fire - Harbour NEW!

Lord of Fire - Harbour

(Sample: Sample of Harbour)

Prelude seems a little empty, I think maybe one more instrument in there would help it establish a firm mood. However, Harbour is a very appropriate and successful track.
