This is my First Composition...Im just Learning...I dont have Musical Formation..so ...That is that i can...=D

The Beggining

For a first composition, this is really good! Love the ominous feel of it when the drums kick in.

The only problem is that the instruments sometimes sound like they're all in one place, which takes away some of the harmony. Like, if you have an orchestra, every instrument has its place on the stage, for example.

Now, I don't know anything about composition programs, so I'm not quite sure how to change that...

Also, the ending was rather abrupt. I'd suggest a fade out or maybe a dramatic drum roll to end it.

But those are minor things, I really enjoyed this one. Thanks for posting! :phones:

As Nicrion said, this is brilliant for a first go!! A great thing abouut composition is that the more you compose, the better you get, so carry on the good work. It'd also help if you posted what samples/software you use to help us with whether we like or not :)

I would say the strings at the start are a little synthy, but then again, if you're using notation software, that can't be helped (it will always sound cheap in Sib./FInale)o don't worry about that for now. Nicrion has already covered anything else that should be changed/improved at this stage, so good work, and keep at it!!

P.S. (Rolifer will usually say this) but it'd be great if you remember to comment in other threads. You'll find most will return the favour, which keeps this site running, and not doing so will get your work quickly ignored.

For a first composition, this is really impressive.

I really like the snare drum and the rhythmic string writing you introduced at 0:34. It really helped add some direction and focus to your music.

Switching your violin theme to the low brass at 1:00 and adding the heavier drums was another smart choice.

The ending disappointed me a little. When it was just the brass, it felt like some epic showdown where Spiderman is staring Dr. Octopus or Neo is facing off against Agent Smith. That sections has so much promise, but you ended it too soon. But, that's easily fixed; just write more music :P

this is a good piece , it needs a little bit of equalizing and editing . and you should end it in a better way .
