Lovely. Another upload error. Check it:

I tried to upload an mp3 to a new piece. It died giving me this error box. This one has persisted for a LONG time and it is a little bit annoying that it still hasn't been fixed.

    This error is common. The cause of it is due to being logged out of the network. Just log out and back in - that fixes it.
