Zombie Spotted

Featured Replies

This is for 2 different suspensful scenes in a machinima. The first part is for a scene in which a character in the woods mistakes a zombie for a very ill man. He offers help before the zombie bites and infects him. The second part, beginning with the piano, is a different but related scene where the main characters find zombies that have been infected by the jogger. Any suggestions?

wow, that beginning was really creepy, i loved how you did the instrumentation there, with the glissandos and the bowstring on the gong. which program and plugins where you using by the way? i've been looking for ever for those type of effects. and the brass sounded very real.

my only complaint was that is was too short, i think you could have gone somewhere nice with it.

Excellent work here - very well done.

You've really caught the mood very well. The first section is almost perfectly done - not much to criticise there. The only thing that MAY be a nitpick is the end. It felt as though you cut it off a little too soon at the end, maybe add a little length to let it tail off properly.

The second section was once again professionally done, very made off. THe only nitpick is that I thought that the cymbal crashes became a little irritating - use them sparsely, as they get annoying really quickly, especially at that volume.

But great stuff overall - impressive, and do show us that machinima!!
