May 14, 201015 yr This choral can be divided in 3 sections. In the first one, the soloists present the theme, with the male voices providing the harmonic background. The choir then repeats, with a few variations, the theme previously introduced by the soloists leading it to a big climax and ending this section. The next section presents a simple dialog between the choir voices. The third and last section brings back the dialog between the choir and the soloists Libera Me
May 17, 201015 yr Hmm. It is a very pleasant piece. I think from 0:30 would sound a little bit better with slower attack times in almost every note. The arrangement is very but very good.
May 17, 201015 yr this was pleasant indeed. I understand this is a prayer, so the mood is fitting with that. But musically I found it a too long, or too much the same. Slow notes all the time. But maybe I need to hear this when I'm in the mood for this, or a live recording Can you give us a score? People are then able to review more precise...
June 7, 201015 yr This has a really grand feeling to it that I enjoy. It's very fitting with the text you chose. It just has a very beautiful tone to it that would fit in well in a mass, requiem, etc. Really nice work! Any way to see a score?
June 10, 201015 yr A Beautifully constructed piece. I found it very moving and the dynamics only added to that feeling. It would sound fantastic performed in a large cathedral with that luscious reverb only those sorts of buildings can provide.
June 11, 201015 yr I really like this music, very much! What did you use for the choir? And you used it through Finale + kontakt 2, 3, 4... kontakt player or what?
June 13, 201015 yr Author punkitititi: I used Kontakt 1.5, EWQL Symphonic Choirs and Cubase SX3. Thanks for your comment!
