Is this the only page that you get? Where is the error message that you get on the network?

thats the only error I get regularly

Well, having tried all of the user options available to address the problem, this appears to be a new bug. We will look into it. In the interim please feel free to upload your works in the incomplete works section or use an external hosting site in the interim until we can get this problem resolved.

For once this bug has nothing to do with YC. You have malware called "my brower bar" which has infected IE. Look at the URL in the address bar. It's redirecting you out of YC.

My recomendation is to go to http://www.malwareteks.com/ and follow all the steps they say to do. They're really helpful folks!

Also, if you don't have it, get Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware so you can clean the thing. The basic version with non-real-time scanning is free and probably the best free Antimalware program out there right now. http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

Good luck!

No, there are other websites that I get this same problem. I have ran malwarebytes as well as two other antivirus and this doesn't come up as any type of malware or virus. For instance, there are times where my facebook apps become non-responsive due to my internet connection. What happens, as described to me by a friend of mine who works in IT, is that when the connection can not find the dns server it redirects it. That's what happened here - at least from my perspective.

It doesn't come up because the Trojan masks itself as non-infectious software. The more aggressive trojans will even disable anti-malware programs' abilities to do their jobs.

The screen shot that was attached was clearly malware from a bad search bar download.

The program Justin is referring to is part of the PDFforge toolbar. The toolbar is bundled in with PDFCreator. All you have to do to remove the toolbar (and fix the problem) is to remove the toolbar using the Add or Remove Programs App in your control panel. Several online forums state this fix. I tried it and tested - cause I was having the same problem with the mybrowserbar webpage that you showed in your screenshot. That should fix the redirection. However, that does not fix the fact that your net connection timed out during the upload process. What connection speed are you using? And have you had problems with it timing out before?
