Phillip Spitta said in his large Biography Bach,

It is a constantly recurring phenomenon in history that the creations of human genius,

when they have been developed in any given direction to the greatest possible perfection,

I think this happened about halfway through the work, perhaps an episode with a sequence would have helped.

My only real objection to this - understanding that it's quite short - is that the action never halted for a moment. Good rhythmic identity and melodic ideas though.

It's better than the most fugues I wrote, I think. :(

Which means: good! But some more rythmic variaton would help, I guess.

I don't think there's a lack of modulation.

I think it works pretty well actually. What else have you written?

Invisionary--how's the c minor fugue coming along? You are working on it still, right?

I think it sounds OK, I have heard better, but you and I are alike in the sense of being new at this

OOT: I have written a really short Etude in A Major, but it's really short like 18 seconds, is there a standard amount of time they have to run for in order to post it for review?
