Thank you!I created this piece when I made it in to the select choir at our school (which was a major milestone, for I was one of two freshman to ever make it in to the select choir; this has not happened in 2 years, and 8 years after that. September 4, 201015 yr This is a great piece! It really makes me feel like I'm near a royal parade or something along the mighty line. I think it could/should be made for an orchestra instead of for strings. The orchestration didn't suit the strings as well as it might brass. Also, the percussion seemed too overpowering - I think I would've enjoyed it more more with less or no percussion. Great melody and rhythm writing!
September 5, 201015 yr Author Thank you! Honestly, I never thought of arranging this piece for a brass ensemble, that's a really good idea!!! And of course, this is a midi file. In a live performance, the percussion wouldn't be nearly as loud as it is. But thanks again! Scores will be coming soon!
