Simple and effective! nice little touch in the rythm to with the brief binary passages.

I don't know much about this style, but I can say that it sounded pretty convincing. You obviously knew exactly what you were doing, and you were in complete control of the piece. It being canon did not annoy me (which some bad canons do at times). I can only imagine this being played on a real harpsichord, good job.

might have been more useful to modulations of tone, because otherwise the piece is likely to sink, and envelopes.

Try to design a harmonic scheme, where you plan to achieve different tones, the 5th grade, the 4th grade, the relative minor, ... and so on

These your canon, you may be using the shell within broader forms of music as a fugue

I have a question for you:

is you have to play the harpsichord?

Man, those duplets are a bloody awesome effect. The piece has good energy, and it's just the right length so that it doesn't get boring.

I kindda want it to be a bit faster, but that's just me.
