Une Jelly Nuit

Hi everyone,

Here's another piece of the same game. It's a night level in a puzzle/adventure game.

If you have any comments feel free to post them.

Your time is much appreciated.

Cool. I think you can turn the guitar down slightly.

It's gotta a Boom Blox feel around 0:35. lol. Those voices at 0:50 are killing me. Did you record those, or are those a patch? They're hilarious.

Yo, I love the variation in this. Sounds very nighttime at 1:30. Like you're on top of a mountain at night.

I like about this piece, except for that opening guitar sound. Since we have no beat to compare it against at the opening, it sounds a little disjunct and random. What if you put a hihat sound every beat 2? Might give you more sense of the guitar's rhythm. It's hard to follow right now, and is a little distracting.

Nice job, Dom!

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply!:D

Yes I recorded the voices:)

And for the banjo(but it's so digital I know it can sound like a guitar:P) I will try your suggestion.

Thanks a lot for your kind comments.

Hi Alessandro,

Thanks for the kind comments :)

The game is called Fruity Jelly and will be released on iphone and ipod touch somewhere around april.

Now I'm learning how to properly do mastering, all my tracks need a little bit of clarity and to sound bigger too:P

Stay in touch!
