Adventurer's New Home

I've been watching alot of fantasy films, and just got a copy of Fable II which I've been playing alot (my first console game, I'm a little behind the curve on that genre since I usually stick to PC strategy titles...), so I've had alot of bright adventure type images bouncing around in my head.. so I put together some bright fantasy music. Alot of gestures in here that have been used many times before, but it never seems to get old!

An adventurer arrives at a new uncharted land which he surveys, then decides he will call home. Any impressions on what you think this place looks like?

I liked solo horns introduction. I liked the brass work here in general. It nailed the adventure feeling, and is indeed a classic gesture. Complex piano passages were good. If they were improvised by hand then it's just impressive.

There were some harmonic decisions I didn't get into though, in rich orchestration after introduction and in the part before the end. Maybe it's just me but music seemed to jump around randomly without center.

Anyway, just for horn parts I love this piece.
