January 21, 201313 yr Hello, I'd like to know if someone in here knows of a book, page, site etc where I could find information about adjusting a saxophone, but not just very simple stuff about "this is the 8va key" "this is called side key" blablabla, but on setting a new level on a pad, because I have a sax it remains with leaks even after sending it with the only guy in my city works in this business, on the other hand I don't wanna try to fix it myself because I've never done it and is a Selmer Paris sax so... I could make an epic fail. I've found leaks in F# key, middle Bb key and maybe more, I don't wanna spend more money with the same guy and I can't travel far to see other, if I send sax using packages transport adjustment can be lost in traveling, and I'm kinda angry that I have such terrific sax and I can't even play a scale. in case you want to tell somebody about this: (#13) F# Key, level on pad when closing (#15) E Key, level on key when closing (#5) C key when closing B key Model of sax: Selmer Paris, Super Action 80.
