January-February Competition, 2014

I'm going to have to drop out of this one and let xiangyik compete instead since he actually stands a chance of winning in my opinion. I was writing the fugue on the piano and I'm not a brilliant pianist especially when it comes to contrapuntal playing so it was quite difficult to come up with anything interesting. Off to the shed I guess.

Mine is as of yet unfinished, and it is tough enough to get a countersubject to a normal fugue subject, but mine is syncopated and in 12/16 time. This is going to be hard :P

Here is my entry

Im sorry I will not be able to finish the fugue in time. I would need another weekend and there are no more of those before the end of the month. Good luck to everyone!

Here's my entry. Please try to bear in mind that this is my first attempt at writing a fugue. t's really a fugato with little development. Good luck to all!
