Hi, I have Finale 2008 and the sounds are terrible. My old laptop blew up and I moved it onto my new one so may have lost some instruments although I am not sure.

 

I was wanting to do a $40 update  to Printmusic 2014 but am not sure if it is possible to get some free VST instruments. Can this be done?

 

I don't want to spend $400 on an update to Finale in order just to get better quality sounds!

    Great, upgraded to Printmusic 2014 now 'audio engine does not load' ...no playback at all now.

    Ok, fixed it, I had to disable bluetooth in windows 7 for some reason. Now I am trying to connect up to better sounds...
