I like the dragged ascending and belled triple sounds. I looked at the score and I use methods that are about the same! 

Pretty good. Needs to change more. All of it was very tonic based... like a film score, when there were very obvious places it could have done something different. And I mean within sections... of course the piece modulates, which is great (a little stilted a lot of the time; using solo sections to do so always sounds awkward when it's overused), but it could be more fluid within sections.
Define divisi a little better in the strings maybe. 
Again, nice work.

I like it overall. I think there could be more unity between sections (and smoother movement between them).

Also, I would not score for Mezzo Soprano Sax in F unless you specifically know the group that will be performing this has one. There are (to my knowledge) only a few dozen that exist today. Make that part an Eb Alto Sax part if you want this piece to be generally playable.
