Scherzo in D

Nice job!  This is very differentiated in both tempo and dynamics.  Although the melody you start with (the introductory theme?) is repeated almost too much for my taste.  The plagal cadence at the very end is a nice touch and sounds like it was a long time in coming.  The form here seems like a rondo with a few contrasting themes introduced that kind of serve as a trio.  Sometimes you take the arpeggiation idea just about as far as it can go without getting too repetitive.  This is also reminiscent of a Beethoven piano sonata in C minor that I played once that has a very similar kind of upwards moving arpeggiation.  Cool scherzo!  Thanks for sharing.
