A short melody, unnamed, originally titled "dedication".

Written a couple years ago, recently reworked.  hope you like it.

The playing is choppy and disjointed, because it's awkward to play and I couldn't practice it much.

I think this piece is quite good!  I think it would be more choppy and disjointed if you had notated it and had a computer program try to recreate those tremolos.  The way you played those tremolos was very natural and neither too fast nor too slow which would be difficult to achieve with a computer's playback.  The melody sounds like it's constantly modulating and you choose really good bass notes to go along with it.  You end in a totally different place harmonically than where you started which means that you allowed yourself to be adventurous in this piece and it certainly sounds like a harmonic and melodic adventure so nice job!

Thanks! I was talking about the melody actually; it doesn't flow because I took time before every measure to read the harmonies. I'm just extra critical about those things because i'm first and foremost a pianist, rather than a composer (I started writing music relatively recently.) I'm glad you liked it.
