First is this a piano piece or a SATB piece for choir?

In b.5 it's strange since you have C# in the first two beats but revert to C natural in last two beat. You should go for C# in the last two beats, but the harmonic progression is strange too, since you are going from V/g to V/d. Probably you should have G minor in the 2nd beat of b.5 before going to V/d in the next beat.

Next step you can have the F major return to D minor.
