An attempt at composing a more bombastic and loud piece with quiet sections, different from my usual style. Would be interested to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Hi @Aled Edwards,

I think this piece is quite popular in its style with flowing accompaniment, usage of subtonic rather than leading tone and a singable melody. The section begins in 1:55 sounds very pop for me which the repeating melody plus changing harmony and syncopation. The next section reminds me of the style of Richard Clayderman piece with the figuration. Even though I think the piece is more lyrical than bombastic, the piece is still very enjoyable! Thx for sharing!

Henry
