November 7, 20232 yr Im not a Banjo player, but one advice I would give a new player to any instrument, would be to listen to as music as you can for that instrument, and to find at least 3 musician who you love and try to learn as many songs as you can by that player!
March 29, 2025Mar 29 Practice every day, even if it's 5 minutes. Find a tune you want to learn and practice that until you've got it decent enough where others didn't mind hearing it, then pick the next tune.
