bored_comedy
I had a solid idea of what I wanted to do by the beginning of the piece, but it started falling off so I had to wrap things up---something I have to deal with as usual. Any tips on expanding on a theme? I do wish I could've made the piece a bit longer and more expressive. PCC
The score looks disorganised. Separate your different themes into segments and we might be able to get a convo going
bored_comedy
Sorry for the late reply. Could you please explain what you mean by segments? Like just break into a new line at each end of a theme? I appreciate your response! Edited March 29 by bored_comedy
Atlantis_
I like how it goes from "bright" to melancholy in a smooth transition - while maintaining a consistent tempo. My only critique: around 1:31 the notes drop and seem to struggle for a second to find their way back up.
