My most cinematic composition

This project took quite a lot of effort. I spent around 19 hours orchestrating the piece, which had taken me around 9 hours to compose last year. I can say that I think I'm improving a bit with my orchestration and I'm getting more familiar with each instrument and how an orchestra operates, but I still have so much to learn... Luckily I'm getting this kind of film sound color.

The original piano piece was inspired by this poem:

"When in disgrace with fortune and men’s eyes

You are right! I don't know much about this composer, but I checked a couple of his pieces and I see what you mean. 😄
