A Guitar sounding an octave lower than written

Hi !

There is a tradition in notating for guitar, namely that guitar music is notated in a trebble clef, but it actually sounds an octave lower.

The solution is the clef with a little "8" under

I got what you see below after importing a midi file of guitar music.

the question is: what do we do ? If I transport an octave up then it will look good but sound bad. And as it is now it looks bad but sounds good.
