It certainly is jazzish...

The intent is there, but your execution seems to me like you havn't listened to a lot of good jazz. You need to consider melody and rhythm carefully. In some spots a bit of each shines through, but overall there's no strong melodic of rhythmic content.

Again, the basic elements are there, but not to the extent that they give the piece any sense of energy or direction.

Listen to more - judging from this piece, find some stuff from the late 1920's, or 1930's.
