Title Screen for an FPS (First person shooter)

What do you think of this? It will be looped over and over and over.

I've experimented on some electronical sounds. Very new to me, it's rather difficult, because I don't know how they sound, so I have to listen to those sounds first, before I can use them in the notation program. And Cubase is so slow on my computer... :)

Also usable for character selection maybe. The looping itself isn't done very well. Maybe I should write a longer score instead of cutting and pasting. The problem with that is that the rendering time is much longer of course.

I was actually working on a bigger work like a trailer (with percussion, distortion guitars,...), but it was really difficult and taking too long so I made this one instead as a sample to let the people hear something I got. This one I made in one day. It's just looped, and the bass is always repeating, so not too difficult to write. Also no modulations to be created here.

Hmmm... I find the composition a little lacking... Just a simple melody, not much excitement...

Kinda repetitive and too much the same chord I know. Some songs in Dirge of Cerberus use the repetitiveness too. I got the idea from there. But it's just the character selection screen song though. Now you say it, I was too lazy to add another theme, the theme only lasts for about 45 seconds, maybe I should add another theme to it in another chord.

As has been said earlier, very repetitive. It has a simple theme, but it feels a bit undeveloped. If you develop it further into a climatic middle section rather than play one pattern over and over you could add to its interest and melodic factor.

Great theme,Katchum. Very good. I wish you led it or its most distinguishing parts also in lower registers in other instruments - it's too good just to leave it to the piano only.
