Op.48 Etude No.7 in F# Minor

I took a little break from this set of etudes at the half - way point and now I'm back at it. So here's No.7

Hi Nico,

Thank You for your Compliments. I usually never write things I can't play, unless, as in this case, I'm asked to write a set of Etudes for a specific pianist of great virtuosity. My teacher can actually sight read anything I write, even 5 - 6 part fugues.

Why was it a wake up call ??

hm....... Thanks Mattzurka, well all the etudes in this Op. are some sort of "Presto" so they're all rather swift. But thanks for atleast referring to the piece itself.

Yes, very nice. This is a great piece of music, yet I also believe it may be too difficult. Any chance you could post the score so we can know for certain?
