Infinite loop!

Hi,

I was working on this melody for about a year and it seems that I don't know whether I should end it or not. Sometimes, I believe that I completed it and when I re-play it I discover a new addition or modification (this is done in an infinite loop).

I am not a professenal, I am just a fan of composing, and I need some suggestions on my composing and whether the melody reflects integrated ideas.Last question ( you may see it a silly one) When one should decide that what he composed dosen't need any additions/modifications?
