When we would take walks at night, she would always run her hands through the lavender bushes and inhale them deeply. Her face always lit up with bliss from the aroma. I don't see her anymore, but it's a memory I'll never forget. Hope you enjoy!
  2. Great teaching here!! Five drums are becoming more standard, especially with the bands that could play this piece. Make sure you put five drums on this one. Also, You REALLY need to put rehearsal numbers on your pieces. The lack thereof will make band's life a living Hades if you don't. This composition has some straight fire in it. Make sure you put in competitions!

This is a beautiful piece. What a journey! I especially love the a tempo at measure 20 and the resolution in the last measure. Are you playing in the recording?
  4. Hi @Aw Ke Shen, The 14 bar phrasing of the first phrase is interesting. The repeated Bb in the first section is for me repeated quite too much haha! And what is the tremolo marking in b.85? It’s so hilarious in the computer rendition, but I am not sure it will be playable in real life under the tempo! Maybe you can introduce new themes in the slow section instead of repeating the previous themes but only slowing them down! But I think it’s a previous works of yours so it’s just a composing progress! Thx for sharing! Henry
