  1. I find it a very deep and interesting work. But I have to say two things: I think in many parts there is an excess of textural density. There are moments where up to 8 voices are counted. Especially I think that systematically doubling (octaving) the bass-pedal, and also some upper voices, brings confusion. When the voices are simplified it sounds much better. In fact there are parts where the intervals between the lower voices are intermingled. Although the piece sounds good and smooth, and has a certain flow given by these changes of texture, it does not have a very defined structure. This, in a classical-romantic context, has to be taken into account. Cheers. Great work!
  2. I just meant the part of the forth movement of my sonata that is a fugue sorry for the confusion
  3. Yes @Sonata_5, you can easily notate this in Music Jotter if you want to join my challenge. I will record it with good organ sounds, and put it up on YouTube. I'm going to make a short video on how to use Music Jotter, it's easy to use, and a powerful tool. @mossy84, why not join as well? Either way, it's hard for me to give advice on a non recording.
  4. Thanks Peter, I'm going to record this for you, and you will be in my next YouTube video! Short and sweet is what YouTube likes, as I am learning by doing this YouTube thing lol. Thank you for participating, and I hope we can get more participants. I will probably create the tutorial video tomorrow, because this program is very easy to use, but there still is a slight learning curve.

Many thanks Peter for your review. You could be right about the moose drum! I've asked on the MuseScore forum what this instrument is; but no one seems to know. I've done a bit more work on the piece now; though it's still far from finished. Not quite sure about some of my transitions, especially in Bar 100.

What a beautiful work. The harmonies are exquisite in their execution and well as the interwoven heavenly melodic lines. Not many posts can stand out with such originality. You do have your own voice and it is quite engaging and enveloping. Bravo. Mark
  7. I'm most worried about the 1min time limit. I mean, my latest prelude somehow managed to go on for over eight minutes (please go check that out, I spent a ton of time making it), so I'm a bit worried I might get carried away.
