  1. I am begining to practice piano by myself and I was looking for advice for some routines people go through. My routines are in this order. 1) Practice playing key signatures up and down the keyboard. 2) Attempt to sight read a piece 3) Practice Playing a song Are there any other routines I should be doing?
  2. I have the grand 2 open and noteworthy composer open but i can't get noteworthy to send the midi messages to the grand2 any idea? I have echo turned on but still no luck. any idea on what i need to do?
  3. eh no asio support in finale 07 , looks like i gotta get sibelius
  4. I just installed finale 07 with the GPO , and I am experiencing major latency. i use the grand 2, and east west within nuendo and i have no latency issues, and I believe my PC can handle finale 07 with the GPO. I have an rme fireface 800 but I do not think that finale/kontakt is setup to use the asio drivers. I believe it is set to some default junk m$ drivers. can someone please tell me where I can setup my asio drivers for finale/kontakt . I checked the native instruments --> Main options --> Audio Engine/interface/handling/load but I don't see anything for asio drivesr there. I also checked midi setup and for my device i selected the fireface midi etc and where it says midi latency it is set to 0, but I still get major latency. The amount of latency I am getting is as if I didn't have my rme fireface 800 setup so I assume my asio drivers are not configed properly. Sorry for such a newb question but it is driving me crazy, and I can't find the window for the driver setup.
